We start with the market survey and stay through the walk-through. Location specs, the site search, agency, lease terms, and introductions to the contractors and lenders we have used for years.
Twenty national and local brands have signed leases with us across the table, from CVS and T-Mobile to Quickway Hibachi and Dixie Bones. Landlords in this corridor know the name, which is worth something in a negotiation.
We manage the buildings we lease and we sell them when it is time. In 2026 that has meant a $6.25 million retail sale in Fairfax County, a $4.35 million dealership, and the Vienna Market at $2.55 million.
Who we have put in space
Development
Boosalis is a joint venture co-developer of Riverside Crossing, the town center rising at Route 1 and Route 123 on the old Marumsco Plaza site. The plan is roughly 970 apartments over about 130,000 square feet of ground floor retail. Prince William County's board approved it unanimously in September 2022.
It is the largest thing this firm has ever been part of, and it sits four minutes from the office.
Free, and nobody else has one
The ordinance, the permitted-use tables and the county mapper, gathered for every jurisdiction we work in. Nobody else in this corridor publishes them.
In the press
Boosalis arranged the sale of the Maple Avenue property. Picked up by FFXnow two days later.
